Our goal at Cuiblas is to ensure every customer is fully satisfied with their order. If you are not happy with your purchase, you may request a return or exchange following the policy below:

Eligibility

  • We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of the original purchase date.
  • Items marked Final Sale are not eligible for return or exchange.
  • Items must be unused and in original condition.
  • Apparel items (clothing, hats, etc.) must be unworn and unwashed, with tags attached to qualify for a return or exchange.

Refunds & Exchanges

Once we receive and process your returned item(s), you will be notified via email about your refund or the shipment of your new exchanged product.

  • If you are exchanging for an item of lesser value, the difference will be refunded.
  • If the new item costs more than the returned item, you will be prompted to complete the payment during the exchange process.
  • Shipping charges for Expedited and Overnight options are non-refundable unless delayed by the carrier.

How to Start a Return or Exchange

  1. Visit our return portal at cuiblas.com/return
  2. Enter your order number and email, phone, or zip code used at checkout.
  3. Select the item(s) you’d like to return or exchange.
  4. Choose to refund or select a new item for exchange.
  5. Select a return method:
    • Mail: Create a prepaid shipping label and packing slip to print and ship back to us.
    • Drop-off: Visit a designated return location with a QR code (if available).
  6. Confirm your return details and submit your request.

You’ll be updated throughout the process via email. Please do not send items back without initiating a return through the system, as Cuiblas is not responsible for returns that are unapproved or mailed incorrectly.

If You Purchased Cuiblas Products In-Store or from Another Online Retailer

Please return the product to the store or website where the purchase was originally made. If a return to the original location is not possible, we may evaluate your request for a potential exchange. You must provide proof of purchase and the item must be unused.

Cuiblas is not responsible for returns of items purchased through unauthorized resale platforms such as eBay or PoshMark, and such items are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or warranty claims.
